We identified the root cause of the problem and have deployed a fix, HDR Grouping should work as normal.

Our system has detected a degradation in our HDR grouper which may lead to brackets which have been recently uploaded before you start the HDR grouping process to not be detected.

As a workaround, you can wait a second or two before calling the /orders/:id/merge endpoint
